Regenerative homes
Honest until one of our own is finished.
We don't own a finished house yet. Here is what we look for when we buy one for ourselves, what you get if you buy it from us, and how to hear first.
What we look for in a house we buy
Houses in Cameron County and the Valley that other buyers passed over, which we buy for ourselves: the ones that need real work, not the ones that need staging. Good bones, a fixable problem, a street worth living on.
We open the house up, find out what's actually wrong, and fix that first. Then the things that make it cheaper to live in: shade, insulation, air sealing, water for the garden, something that grows food.
What you get if you buy one from us
A house that was fixed properly, and the proof: every job photographed before, during and after, so you can see what was behind the walls and what was done about it.
A house that costs less to run than the one next door, and a walkthrough of how to keep it that way.
A straight answer, in writing, on time. The same promise we make on every repair: We reply within 2 hours, 7am–9pm, seven days a week. If we're late, we tell you why in writing and you go first the next morning.
The list for our own houses
Hear first.
When the first house is ready, the people on this list hear before anyone else. Three fields, no account, no obligation.
We buy and sell only houses we own ourselves. We are not a brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we never list or lease a house for anybody else.
Renting or already own?
The upgrades we build into our houses can be added to yours, one at a time. See what they are, or ask about one.
