Prices are before Texas sales tax, which applies to some of this work and not to other parts. The quote shows it as a line.
Everything we install, we can keep an eye on afterwards — that's what Care Plans are for.
Why there are prices on this page
Almost nobody in the Valley publishes a price. Nearly every company says "free estimate," which means a phone call before you can find out whether you can afford it.
You shouldn't have to call to find out a number. So here they are.

What we don't do.
Electrical and plumbing work, including appliance installation, is performed by licensed contractors we work with. If your job turns out to need one of those trades, we'll tell you the moment we know — not halfway through, and not after you've paid a deposit.
